Day 2 (July 8, 2025): Filipino Desserts

On Day 2, I talked about weird but tasty Filipino foods. I also showed videos from the Department of Tourism to show how diverse Filipino food can be.
We began discussing Challenge #3, in which the students needed to prepare two popular Filipino desserts: Mango Graham Cake and Halo-Halo.
Their challenge was to prepare a dessert together. Afterwards, two teachers from Academic Affairs graded them on how delicious their food was. Then, the students had to advertise their dessert by writing a script or creating a slogan for it.
