We’re committed to the health and well-being of our students. If you are feeling overwhelmed or if you have concerns, please reach out to us.
Reach out to someone you trust, right now. Like a friend, a family member, a teacher, or counselor.
If you aren’t sure who to talk to, that’s okay. Ask yourself:
Who would I go to to share good news?
Who has come to me with their own struggles?
Who can I trust to talk to about suicide?
The most important thing is that you reach out. Remember that you’re never a bother.
