Application Form Support

Don't worry! We're here to help you. Whether you struggle to fill in the registration/application form or you simply feel overwhelmed with everything being in English, we can help you. Our team has experience with application forms for both British boarding schools and international schools in Japan, and we can support you in your application journey. 

Depending on the boarding school, it is also possible for us as an agent to fill in the information on your behalf. Occasionally, depending on the school's application system, we might have to work in tandem with you to ensure your contact details are verified for your account. 

Most boarding schools require a variety of documents and information to submit with your registration/application form:

• Student's passport

• Contact details of guardians and parents (2 people)

• Most recent complete report card

• Native language(s) and language(s) spoken at home 

• For GCSE or A-level year entry: What subjects is the student interested in? 

• Hobbies/interests of the student: the school wants to know their personality and interests to see if they are a suitable match

• Reference/recommendation from current school 

• Birth certificate (official translation required)
