Once a grading period has ended for a course (ex. Semester 1 courses), that course will be archived. Teachers will still have access to all archived course content. Students no longer have access to any archived courses.

All archived course content can be accessed in the Archived tab in My Courses.
To access your archived courses (see gif image below):
1.) Click on the Courses tab at the top (in your schoology account)
2.) Once you see your course thumbnails in the window that drops down, click on the My Courses link in the top right corner
3.) Once you see your list of courses, click on the Archived tab to view all your archived courses
Be sure to communicate with students to not submit assignments
into archived courses as grades will not pass back.
⚠️ Note to Teachers:
Please make sure you unpublish any materials you do not wish your students to access in an archived course. For example, make sure you unpublish any test answers you have previously posted. Students will not be able to access any materials you unpublish in an archived course.
Any content can be copied from one course to another.
