If you are having issues with your chromebook, there ar several ways you can receive help:

If you are unable to fill out the form, you can email chromebook@tulare.k12.ca.us. Please include your (student's) name, which school site you attend, and a contact phone number.
If you are unable to send an email, call (559) 656-5255
If you are having issues with lack of Internet access, please contact your school site.
If you have a hotspot and you are having issues, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
Please note, passwords donot contain zeros, they do contain ones and lowercase L's however. These are often misread. Please try different combinations of ones and L's if you are having trouble.
All Tulare Joint Union High School District teachers and staff should have access to lookup a password for a student. Please start with checking with your teacher for help with your password. If you are unable to get help, us the Chromebook support options listed above to get assistance.
