Chromebook Troubleshooting

When you have issues with your Chromebook there are a few things you can do that will resolve most issues. We have provided some step by step instructions for troubleshooting tasks below. If you are having issues, you can follow these steps to fix most issues:

1. Close unnecessary tabs and apps. Chromebooks are amazingly efficent and ecconomical computing devices, but they are limited in power. You should try to limit yourself to 2-3 tabs and apps open at any given time for best results.

2. Try clearing the cache on the Chromebook.

3. Check to see if you Chromebook needs an update.
