Chromebook Version

As part of troubleshooting issues, we may ask you to verfiy the version of Chrome OS on your Chromebook. In order to get this information, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the System Button that includes the clock at the lower right corner of the screen.

2. Click on the Gear icon at the top of the pop-up window.

3. Click on the About Chrome OS menu item on the bottom left and the Chrome OS Verison is displayed at the top of the window.

4. If the Chrome OS is out of date, you can click the "Check for updates" button on the right.
