As part of troubleshooting issues, we may ask you to clear the cache on your chromebook. Please follow these steps to clear the chromebook's cache:
Open Chrome (web browser) and click on the 3 dots in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
Select Settings from the drop down menu.
3. Click on Privacy and security.
4. Click on Clear browsing data.
5. Verify all the setting on the screen as shown above.
6. Click on Clear data.
