The Photo program at Marcos de Niza offers a four year track in the study of commercial and fine art photography. Students will learn camera exposure, photo composition, history of the medium, and both, traditional film and digital processes. Students will develop technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, inkjet printing, professional gallery and  on-line presentation. Students will create multiple bodies of work, leading to a final portfolio of their art. 

Computer Graphics covers a wide variety of graphic art techniques using computer programs and traditional methods. Areas explored include vector and raster graphics, typography, layout design, web design and multimedia. Students will utilize critical thinking, applied academic and artistic principles, evaluation processes and studio techniques. Students will explore careers in the Graphic Arts and continue to develop a personal portfolio.
