Tūranga Tangata Rite collects and uses personal information to support learning, wellbeing, safety, and the day‑to‑day running of our kura. We follow the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles.

We collect information directly from whānau and tauira where possible. We may also receive information from other agencies when the law allows this.

We use personal information only for the purposes it was collected for, or where the law permits. We keep information secure and only authorised staff can access it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you or your child, and to ask for corrections if it is wrong.
