This is about Tūranga where all people are regarded as equal in unity, prosperity, opportunity and revitalisation. While it acknowledges the shared mana of our tupuna, it looks forward to the vision held by ngā iwi o Tūranga of tauira empowered through quality and responsive education.

Tūranga Tangata Rite

Tūranga Tangata Rite is a unique responsive iwi driven kura in which tikanga, the values, beliefs and history of the Iwi and hapū of Tūranganui-a- Kiwa and the wider takiwā of Tairāwhiti, is the foundation of the learning, growth and well-being of our tauira.

Kura Hours:

Monday & Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00am to 2:30pm
