July 31 - ttic.edu email preference and laptop specification request should be completed with Director of IT (asb@ttic.edu)
September 1 - Activate your UChicago cnet ID and log in to my.uchicago.edu
September 1 - Any final transcripts should be received by TTIC (ecocom@ttic.edu). Check that we have yours.
September 1 - Immunizations must be uploaded to TTIC and UChicago including Proof of COVID-19 immunization or exemption (Health Matters page)
September 5 - Confirm attendance with TTIC for Orientation week. If you cannot arrive by and attend Orientation, make alternate arrangements with TTIC Student Services.
Activate your TTIC Populi account (from email invitation).
Activate/enroll in U-SHIP health insurance for 2022-23 by Oct 14.
Secure your housing. (Housing Information page)
- - Student Visa secured (if needed). Consult with Amy Minick, aminick@ttic.edu, TTIC. US Dept. of Homeland Security site for student visa information.
  - Fill out a change of address form of the US Post Office to have your mail sent to your new Chicago address.
  - Set up utilities at your new place of residence (if necessary). Pay close attention to dates and times when scheduling (electric, cable, phone, internet, etc.). * Refer to Utilities section of the Housing Resources page.
  - Secure parking at your new place of residence (if necessary)
