TTIC courses are often delivered using the Canvas platform. When you register in Populi, you will not automatically be added to the Canvas student list. Contact your instructor(s) and ask if you need to access Canvas. You will receive an invitation from Canvas. Please accept the invitation. When you accept the invitation, you will have access to the course material, lectures, other students, exams, online discussion, etc.
When you register for a UChicago course in UChicago's registration system, you may be sent an invite from Canvas.
Once you activate a CNet ID, you will get a UChicago email address, in addition to the TTIC email address. UChicago may send you notices through this email address which may require action on your part. UChicago will put restrictions on any or all student privileges or access if specific notices or action on the student’s part are not addressed. If you have questions about notices from UChicago, please contact TTIC Student Services: Erica Cocom ecocom@ttic.edu
