I have been in the health and fitness industry for coming up 8 years as a coach and personal trainer (plus a few unofficial titles that get thrown in there..)
Starting off in a background of education to now exploring and learning through my experiences as I realised that uni is a different world to the the real one. As the people and situations you come across are often the biggest teachers in this industry.
Working in multiple gyms with hundreds of different clients has helped shape my understanding of training, nutrition, health and my ability to coach them through any challenge they face in these areas and more.
I am a major believer in guiding people to make decisions that best suit them personally with their training, nutrition and health rather than forcing any rigid meal plans or cookie cutter exercise programs.

Born in Geelong and raised to call Ballarat home, I have lived here for over 25 years.
Sporty as a kid. You name it and I played or took part in it.

I originally found the gym through wanting to get better at footy and started to workout with my brother and dad.
However like so many, had no plan, consistency or structure to my workouts for years.
Following what I saw online through YouTube and T-Nation and doing workouts based off them, often with skipping the ab exercises at the end!
This was before my first internship at a Strength and Conditioning facility where I first learnt about the importance of principles, communication and had coaches showing me the ropes
Than my first foray into the Health and Fitness industry being at Run with Me Daylesford. A amazing experience for my first role as a personal trainer and starting to establish the stepping stones of my business.
Before moving on to Snap Fitness Ballarat to experience all the up and downs of a awesome community of members, trainers and staff while navigating all the challenges of Covid.
To be now at Savuti Health and Fitness (formally Quickfit Delacombe) where I am based in now for the past 4 years.
FMA Strength Institute have been a massive influence on my growth and development the past 5 years from professional to business to personal.
If you are a Coach, PT or in Allied Health wanting to go to the next level, I highly recommend checking them out
