The grading scale is as follows:
90% - 100% A
80% - 89% B
70% - 79% C
60% - 69% D
0% - 59% F
Parents and guardians have access to your child's grades on Powerschool. You can check that space for updates on how your child is doing academically. Students will also bring completed work home weekly. This is another way to gauge how your child is doing and provide support at home! However, you may notice that some of this work is "graded", but not in the gradebook. Let me explain.
It is my highest priority that students are learning and not just getting grades. That is why only the work we have covered frequently and in a variety of ways will be collected by me and put into the gradebook. We're here to learn! Once each child has gotten that opportunity, then I will assess. :)
