  Mindfulness in Communication 

• • 1. Newsletters are sent home in Friday Folders.

    2. Please send a note if your child is going somewhere else during or after school. If something comes up during the day, please call the office instead of emailing me; they will send me the information. The school number is 765-463-2237. The goal is that this will happen very infrequently.  Changing transportation daily is tricky and can lead to missteps and confusion by the end of the day.  

    3. Sharing Days and Class Play Performances are at the end of the first, second, and third weeks to share everything your child is learning.

    4. Emails are responded to as quickly as possible, but no later than 24 hours unless it is the weekend. If you need to schedule a meeting, please email me a time that works for you, either in the morning or the afternoon. I will also be available for phone conversations. That way, we can resolve needs quickly and keep anxiety down. I will follow that same procedure.

    5. I travel on most school vacation days, so I won't respond to emails during those times. I hope you enjoy your time away, too!
