About Me

Hello! My name is Alaina Frizzi. I grew up in Richmond, Indiana. I graduated from Purdue University in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, minors in Spanish and Global Studies, and a certificate in Gifted, Creative, and Talented Studies. Following graduation, my husband and I moved to St. Louis where I taught as a 1st/2nd grade looping teacher for three years. This is now my fourth year at Klondike! I completed my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction at Purdue in May.

Teaching is one of my favorite things to do! If I'm not teaching, you can usually find me spending time with my family, hiking, traveling, watching Purdue sports,  or snuggling with my cats. I've enjoyed spending my summer with my one and a half year old, Tate!

I am thrilled for another year teaching 2/3 High Ability and can't wait to get to know you!
