Character Counts at Ridgepoing School

One of my favorite parts of my job is going into  the classrooms and presenting lessons on a variety of topics. Lessons typically are 30 minutes long and are presented once or twice per month. One lesson is on the character trait of the month and the other lesson is aligned with the ASCA National Model to enhance academic, social emotional needs, and college and career awareness. Below you will find our Character Traits of the Month as well as my planned curriculum map. The lessons were designed with input from my needs assessment that staff, parents, and students completed at the end of last school year. Thank you for your support and assistance!
