Lesson 1- Counselor Introduction and Bucket Filling Lesson : In the first couple weeks of school, I visited each classroom to introduce myself, let students know about what a school counselor does at our school and introduce bucket filling. We read How Full Is Your Bucket for Kids, discussed bucket filling and dipping and how we need to be bucket fillers. Then students made their own red little buckets after writing a bucket filler to a classmate.
