We just finished our music concert before break! Stay tuned for future events in music!
What are we currently working on: All grades just finished working on their concert music!
Y5-2: We are learning and practicing songs that help us use our singing voice, create/stay with a steady beat, move to music, and how to play specific musical instruments.
3-5th: We are learning/practicing our different note names that help us make music in different ways!
Fun/New things in music: For music weeks our tables are off to the side and only are used when needed!
Class Highlight of the month:
We practice using our singing voice in class. For some age groups this is scheduled practice in class and for some it is shown when they are singing songs in class!
Shout out to our wildcats of the week and month! If your student has received this honor they will have a certificate to bring home! Congratulations to those wildcats! Thank you for being fantastic musicians and students!
