Region 2 All-Hazards Plans

Overview

Region 2 Operational Planning Branch leads regional deliberate and adaptive planning activities, coordinates closely with regional planners to synchronize planning efforts throughout all levels of government and provides subject matter expertise to jurisdictions with planning guidance, support, and products.

To request access, please send an email to FEMA-R2-OperationalPlanning@fema.dhs.gov with your name, agency, and position/title.

All-Hazards Plan

The FEMA Region 2 All-Hazards Plan describes the response, recovery and mitigation operations that are applicable across a broad spectrum of potential threats and hazards to support the states of New York, New Jersey, and their survivors. This plan provides general guidance and options for the delivery of Federal support and describes how FEMA implements lifelines and guides how FEMA applies these concepts to disaster operations.

Caribbean All-Hazards Plan

The FEMA Region 2 Caribbean All-Hazards Plan describes the response, recovery and mitigation operations that are applicable across a broad spectrum of potential threats and hazards to support the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Territories of the US Virgin Islands, and their survivors. This plan provides general guidance and options for the delivery of Federal support and describes how FEMA implements lifelines and guides how FEMA applies these concepts to disaster operations.
