Overview
The FEMA Region 2 All-Hazards Plan describes the response, recovery and mitigation operations that are applicable across a broad spectrum of potential threats and hazards to support the states of New York, New Jersey, eight federally recognized sovereign tribal nations, and their survivors. This plan provides general guidance and options for the delivery of Federal support and describes how FEMA implements lifelines and guides how FEMA applies these concepts to disaster operations.
