We can exclude a complete ticket or any of the required Solution Objects/Properties migrated with a ticket in Upgrade Pack download.
Please follow below steps to exclude a ticket from Upgrade Pack.
Open Migration Requests Admin Worksheet (Application Object Migrator --> Worksheets --> Migration Requests Admin Worksheet).
Query with the required ticket number.
Check the Exclude in UpgradePack Download? flag and click on update button.
2. Please follow below steps to exclude required Solution Objects migrated with a ticket in Upgrade Pack.
After quering the required ticket in Migration Requests Admin Worksheet,
Navigate to Solution Objects drilldown report.
Check the Exclude Object in UpgradePack Download? flag for the respective solution object which is not required to be included in upgrade pack and click on update button.
3. Please follow below steps to exclude Properties migrated with a ticket in Upgrade Pack.
After quering the required ticket in Migration Requests Admin Worksheet,
Navigate to Property Objects drill down Report.
Check the Exclude Object in UpgradePack Download? flag for the respective property which is not required to be included in upgrade pack and click on update button.
Note :
In Migration Requests Admin Worksheet if Exclude in UpgradePack Download? flag is checked, all Exclude Object in UpgradePack Download? flags in both Solution objects and Property Objects drill down reports will be checked automatically and vice-versa and that ticket will not be avaliable for upgradepack download.
But, if any one of the Exclude Object in UpgradePack Download? flag is un-checked either in Solution objects or Property Objects drill down reports, Exclude in UpgradePack Download? flag in Migration Requests Admin Worksheet will get un-checked automatically and the ticket will be available for upgradepack download but the objects with Exclude Object in UpgradePack Download? flag checked will not be available in the upgradepack.
