Suppose there are some properties in a node tab which can be updated by user and if any of these properties are updated then some other properties should be updated to pre-defined values automatically by the system, then Conditional Propagation scenario configuration is right choice for you.
For example: If Item and BOM properties in TPM are updated then system should set 'Y' as value to Item Modify Flag and BOM Modify Flag automatically. This kind of configuration can be done at Node level with What If Properties change scenario configuration.
