Triniti Application's security settings can be managed from below navigation:
Security -> Settings
Password Configuration Setup:
It is used to configure password policy settings for the portal.
Security -> Settings -> Password Configuration Setup.
Here in this eWorksheet, we can configure Triniti Application's Password Policy settings:
1. Min Length: Minimum password length to be allowed.
2. Max Length: Maximum password length to be allowed.
3. Specialchars Flag: Special characters to be Mandatory or Optional.
4. Numerics Flag: Numerics to be Mandatory or Optional.
5. Uppercase Flag: Uppercase characters to be Mandatory or Optional.
5. Lowercase Flag: Lowercase characters to be Mandatory or Optional.
Based on the above configuration, the entered new password is validated at "Change Password" page. And upon successful validation, it will assign password to user. Otherwise, it will request the user to follow the password specifications. Please find screenshots below.
Note: Presently this configuration will not effect validation at "Create User account" page and at Users report. We are going to handle these cases in future releases.
