This could be a certificate of attendance, an agenda, unofficial transcript (with grade, credits earned, course name, and university visible), or some other type of documentation related to the PD required. For college credit, a transcript or final grade is required for approval.

When you create a name for your evidence in Frontline, please consider adding the calendar year as the first part of the name (Feb2021_AssessmentLiteracyWebinar.pdf). That will help you stay organized each year!

Step 2 is to actually create the Activity Request. After you upload your documentation (step 1), you can create your activity submission for LPDC approval. To do this, you will go to Forms --> LPDC: Activity Approval Request.

Activity Description
Start/End dates
Provider
Clock hours of activity (remember you cannot include meal time for a conference; it must be time spent in sessions)
Select the documentation you uploaded (as explained above)
Choose the TRECA District Goals that this PD aligned most closely with (you can select more than one)
