Claiming jobs in the DataForce Contribute app

How to claim and perform the project on DataForce Contribute app (DFC)
After signing into the DFC app, you will see a notification at the top of the home page indicating the number of new jobs available to claim.
Tap on "View Jobs" to access the available jobs.
2. You should find an overview on the jobs assigned and available (E.g. "Printed_Menus"). In case you are not able to see the jobs, tap on the magnifying glass icon located at the top right corner and search for the categories you stated in your registration. (E.g. Printed_Menus, Printed_Bottles...)
For each category you selected in the registration (subject to availability) you will be able to see up to 3 different types of jobs available to claim.
Red square states the category of the job
Blue square states the characteristics that the picture needs to have regarding lighting and orientation. More detailed information is available in the description of the job.
Kindly note, each category you selected in the registration form, will have up to 3 different types of jobs, depending on the required characteristics for the image.
⚠️If you are not able to see any category available, it might be due to availability. In that case, please note we will contact you via email to inform you of the current available categories and inquire you if you would like to collaborate in those.
3. You will have a view of all the categories that are available for you to claim for Handwritten text and Printed Text (Red square A).
Please be sure to review the titles before claiming a job as they specify the category for the image you will need to take for that particular job
You can also check the availability of a job in real time (Red square B)
To succesfully claim a job from a specific category, you must select "Claim" (Red square C)
Please note that while the jobs you claim in the DataForce Contribute app display a due date, this does not apply and is just there for technical reasons. Please follow the required timelines as stipulated in the Project Guidelines.
For Printed Text, you will be able to claim 1 job per category at a time.
Meaning that if you registered for the categories: Printed_Menus and Printed_Bottles, you will be able to only claim 1 job per category. Only after you have completed and submitted the job, you will be able to select more jobs (up to 20 in total)
For Handwritten Text, you will be able to claim 2 jobs per category at a time.
Meaning that if you registered for the categories: Handwritten_Menus and Handwritten_Cards, you will be able to only claim 2 jobs per category maximum.
If you have already the maximum amount of jobs claimed per category, this notification will appear. In order to claim new jobs, please complete the already claimed ones.
Kindly note, each category you selected in the registration form, will have up to 3 different types of jobs, depending on the required characteristics for the image. For Printed, you will be able to claim 1 job for the general category. For Example, even if you see different options to select for the category "Printed_Bottles", you will only be able to claim 1 at a time.
4. When claiming a job, you will see an overview of the task. Review the job intructions in order to check the caracteristics the Live Photo required before taking the live photo with the device that was assigned to you.
Once you have taken the live photo following the instructions in the job description, submit it by uploading it in the job.
Once you submitted the live photo, be sure to click "Complete task".
Please, make sure about 10 seconds before leaving the view to make sure the job was updated suscessfully.
