What is the compensation for this project?  

The compensation will be calculated based on the number of jobs (live photos) approved by the Quality Assurance team. 

You will be compensated for each approved Job (live photo) at the payment rate specified in your Welcome Email.

IMPORTANT: All submitted work will be reviewed by the DataForce Quality Assurance team.  

When will I receive my payment?   

Compensation is provided only for jobs that adhere to the quality criteria set in the Guidelines and are approved by the Quality Assurance team (QA phase 1 and 2).  

While we aim to process submissions as quickly as possible, please note that review times may vary depending on the volume of submissions and the quality of the information provided. We will do our best to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe of up to 6-8 weeks.

Once the review is finalized, you will receive a feedback email detailing the jobs that have been reviewed and approved. The payment timeline of your selected payment method applies from the moment you receive this email. In case you have not selected a payment method or did not get the opportunity to do so, our payment team will reach out to you after receiving the payment confirmation email of your jobs. 

Can you remind me of the payment methods and timelines?    

For this project we offer the following payment options:     

• PayPal: The payment will be received in 10–15 days from the day you have received the Payment Confirmation Notification email with approved jobs (please always remember to accept TransPerfect payments to avoid PayPal returning them)  

• Gift Card: The electronic gift card will be sent to you via email in 5-10 days from the day you have received the Payment Confirmation Notification email with approved jobs. • Wire Transfer:  If your selected payment method is Wire Transfer, the payment will be received within 14-17 business days after acceptance of your delivery. Please note that you may incur transfer fees from your bank. Only available for payments that exceed $50 USD

• Check (only available for people located in the USA): If your selected payment method is Check, the payment will be received within 10-15 business days after acceptance of your delivery.

* If you are already a TransPerfect vendor for a different division than DataForce, your standard payment terms will apply.

** It is your responsibility to observe the tax legislation of your jurisdiction. If additional forms are needed—such as a W9 (for US) or W8 (for non-US contributors)—our Payments team will notify you.
