In this activity the girls will work together to come up with an inspirational poster that gets them thinking about their approach to problem-solving in a positive way that gets results. SciGirls Seven Strategy Five (providing specific, positive feedback) relates directly to growth mindset.

Use the poster as a reference throughout the year to help girls recognize when they have a fixed mindset and to give them ideas on methods to shift towards a growth mindset. You can also add to the poster throughout the program if something new comes up.
