Girls will apply their understanding of conditionals to the Paint Pot app by creating an option to fill the drawing dot or not.

By completing this activity girls will
- demonstrate their understanding of conditionals to enhance their existing mobile app programs.
How to Implement
How to Implement
- Girls will work in the same teams of 3 or 4 that they did for the previous Paint Pot activities.
- In this activity girls will create a conditional for a checkbox that fills or un-fills the paint dot depending on how they set up the conditional.
- Have them go to Thunkable and open their last Paint Pot file. Tell them to do a Save As and name this file with the corresponding number of the tutorial. Similar to this:

- Next have the girls follow along with the Paint Pot 3 tutorial.
- Wrap-up discussion
- What are some other ways you could use an if/else statement in this app? What about other apps? What about video games? Stories?
