Hispanic Heritage Month

Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated each year from September 15-October 15. This time is designed to recognize and celebrate the contributions of Hispanic Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, Central America, South American, and the Caribbean.

It is essential to celebrate the nation's diverse culture and heritage. Hispanics and Latinos have contributed to American life since the Revolutionary War. Hispanic Heritage Month provides an opportunity to fully recognize the achievements and contributions to the nation's history.
