Native American Heritage Day

Native American Heritage Day is celebrated on the fourth Friday of November. Which is the day after Thanksgiving. President Obama signed the resolution that created the holiday called Native American Heritage Day.


This day is set aside to recognize and acknowledge the importance of the Native People’s contributions to the USA. It also celebrates the rich cultural traditions of the first Americans to the country’s past, present, and future.
