Frontline Professional Growth is Topeka Public Schools’ centralized platform for managing educator professional development, evaluations, and licensure tracking. This system streamlines the submission of Individual Professional Development Plans (IPDPs), registration for district-approved learning opportunities, and tracking of professional learning hours.
To access Frontline, click on the Frontline link found in the tps501.org bookmarks list. Use your district credentials to log in.

Educators are required to submit their IPDPs through Frontline by September 30 each school year.
Search and enroll in district-approved professional learning sessions via the Frontline catalog.
Submit requests for professional learning points for activities such as conferences, webinars, or college courses not listed in the district catalog. Pre-authorization is required for these activities.
View and download your professional learning transcript to monitor progress toward licensure renewal and personal development goals.
