A good source to use for determining "Fair Use" is the Copyright and Fair Use section at Standford University Libraries website. Another good source to use for this is the Copyright Quick Guide/Columbia University by Kenneth Crews.

Please note: One Time Public Performance Rights for a Movie -- if you are showing a movie for a "reward" or after school program, special arrangements must be made. Arrange performance rights through Movie Licensing USA .
