In compliance with FERPA, Toledo Public Schools designates the following as Directory Information. Parents/guardians may opt out of any or all directory information disclosures during the new student registration process, the returning student information update and acknowledgment process, or at any time of the year through a request to the building administration(this opt out is required yearly). The groups below represent the most common types of requests for student information that TPS receives receives which may present educational or opportunity value for our students. Information release is denied by TPS for profit-making activities.Â
