Leaving of Absence

You must complete the procedure at the office in charge of education affairs at your faculty by the specified date.
Only in that case, the start date of the period of a leave of absence is deemed as the beginning date of the semester
in which you take a leave of absence. You can take a leave of absence by paying the fee below;
In the other cases, you need to pay normal amount of tuition and fees.

The fee for leaving of absence;
・Undergraduate: half of "facility fees" and the full amount of "other fees*" of the breakdown of tuition and fees.
・Graduate:  20,000yen/year (It may depend on your  enrollment status)
*"Other fees" are  Membership Fee of Hosuikai(5,000yen) and Membership Fee of Ikuseikai(5,000yen).
    Day-time-Course students need to pay both and Evening-Course students and International stundets need to pay the latter.
    In principal, students enrolled in Spring Semester need to pay in Spring Semester and students enrolled in Fall need to pay in Fall.

Conditions may vary depending on the academic year of entrance, the number of courses you have completed and other factors.

Withdrawal

You must complete the procedure at the office in charge of education affairs at your faculty by the specified date.

Only in that case, the date of withdrawal will be deemed as the last date of the previous semester.
You do not need to pay the tuition and fees for the relevant year or semester.
In the other cases, you need to pay normal amount of tuition and fees.

If you have already paid the tuition and fees, we will refund the tuition and fees.

In principle, refunds will be made by bank transfer in the next month after the procedure is completed.
