Certificate of Payment

If you wish to receive a certificate for the payment of tuition and  fees, please access the following URL for the application form
and enter the necessary items to apply.Please note that we will not notify you to confirm the receipt of your application form after your submission.

Notes

①It takes about one (1) week from the time of application for the certificate to reach you,
 so please allow adequate time for the completion of the procedure.

②You can receive a certificate by mail only if your address is within Japan.
 If you wish to receive a certificate by mail, it will be sent to your address which is registered in ToyoNet-G to send a transfer form. 
 *Hakusan Campus: E-mail only.

③Considering going paperless, we would like to ask for your cooperation by choosing the issuance of PDF data by e-mail.

④No processing fee is required to issue the certificate.

⑤Your application may be refused depending on the application contents.

⑥When we need to confirm the application contents with you, we will send an email to the email address you register in the form.
 In this case, we cannot issue until we finish confirmation.
