Returning to graduate school

When students who are on a leave of absence wish to return to graduate school, they are required to pay the same amount of tuition and fees as for the year of admission to the university.

Withdrawal from graduate school

When students withdraw from graduate school, they are required to pay the full amount of tuition and fees for the semester during which they leave school.

Re-enrollment to graduate school

  1. When students re-enroll in the university, they are required to pay the tuition and fees applicable to the year in which the students re-enroll. However, the admission fee is half the amount new students are reguired to pay at the time of enrollment.

When students who have withdrawn or been dismissed from the university after being enrolled in the master’s program for 2 or more years re-enter the university, they are required to pay half the amount of tuition and the full amount of facility fees.However, The admission fee is half the amount new students are required to pay at the time of enrollment. As for the lab fee, they are required to pay the actual costs based on the decision of the relevant graduate school committee.

  3. When students who have withdrawn from the university without submitting a doctoral degree thesis after being enrolled in the doctoral program for 3 or more years re-enter the university to submit a doctoral degree thesis, they are required to pay half the amount of tuition applicable to the year of re-entry to the university. However, The admission fee is half the amount new students are required to pay at the time of enrollment. As for the lab fee, they are required to pay the actual costs based on the decision of the relevant graduate school committee.

Suspension from graduate school

Students are required to pay tuition and fees for the semester during which they are suspended from the university.

Repeating (extension of the period of enrollment)

When students enrolled in the master’s program to repeat the year, they are required to pay half the amount of tuition and the full amount of the facility fee, both of which were applied to the year of admission to the university.
