Rose Black Resource Center employment opportunities are intended to:
Provide students with financial support for doing worthwhile work
Meet the needs of the Center by performing day-to-day operations
Offer students valuable learning experiences to complement college and career goals
Help students develop good work habits and a positive attitude toward work
Prepare students for life beyond the University
Employment with RBRC is open to any qualified CSUDH student:
Enrolled at least half time (6 units undergraduate or 4 units graduate)
2.0 cumulative G.P.A. for undergraduate students
3.0 cumulative G.P.A for graduate students
Eligible for Federal Work-Study if undergraduate

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in office support of the general, day-to-day administrative, operational, and clerical tasks related to the Center.
The Programs Assistant is responsible for the execution and evaluation of programs, activities, and events for the Rose Black Resource Center.
