Second Grade

The Me Museum was seriously THE BEST! This was the first time I have put together this museum, and I will definitely be doing it again! They were so disappointed that no one else in our school was going to look at their museums, so we called down and invited everyone in the office to come...it was AMAZING! At the end, Mrs. Imel came in and took time at every desk to look and ask questions. What a special day! Thank you for helping them shine and bring their best creativity!

Once we're back to school on Tuesday, they will be completing their first BIG essay in writing...they might feel taxed by the end of the week, as this is the most writing they've been asked to write in their educational experience! You will be impressed with their knowledge and informational writing on the habitat: grasslands! I will be putting aside some of our writing units to share with you during Parent-Teacher Conferences, so don't worry if you don't see writing pieces coming home for a bit!
