Scholarships

LOCAL SCHOLARSHIPS:

• Ladies Auxiliary - Seniors attending any post secondary school. You will have to attend an event for the Auxiliary if you receive the scholarship. Here is the application. Deadline is April 15th. 

• Citizens Bank - Seniors attending any post secondary school. Based on community service and essay. The application is here. Deadline is May 1st. 

• Tipton Ladies Golf Association - Seniors or college students pursuing a degree that are members, child of a member or on the High School Golf team in good standing. Here is the application. Deadline is May 1st. 

• Clarence American Legion Post 286 - Seniors that are direct descendants of past members. Here is the application. Deadline is April 30th. 

• TEA Scholarship - Seniors that will be attending any 2-4 year college and pursuing a degree in education. Here is the application. Deadline is May 1st.

STATE & NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS:

• Horatio Alger - Seniors with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, have a job and will work 240 hours from January 1st - Sept 1st, 2026 in a non-family owned business. Parents income cannot exceed $125,000 and attending a 4-year college/university. Go to www.hsfmo.org for the application. Deadline is March 1st. 

• Ag Coop Safety Leaders of Iowa - Seniors that are pursuing a degree in Agriculture or Safety related fields. The application can be found at www.acsdia.org/scholarship.html. Deadline is April 1st. 

• Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities - Senior or college students that are customers of an IAMU. Go here for the application. Deadline is Feb. 28th 

• Aureon Scholarship - Students pursuing a STEM-related course of study. The application can be found at http://www.fbc-tele.com/scholarship. Deadlines is March 1st. 

• Joe Halbur - Iowa senior/graduate pursuing a degree in natural resources. Must attend the Fall IAN Workshop. More information and the application can be found on their website. Deadline is March 2nd.

• Uncommon Student - For HS Juniors. You need to come up with a project to present to the board at Hoover Museum. More information can be found here. Deadline is April 1st. 

• First Friday Breakfast Club - Seniors that are committed to reducing homophobia and helped other appreciate diversity and LGBTQ communities. Go to this site for more information and the application. Deadline is March 15th. 

• Student Insights - Log onto www.student-view.com, complete a survey and you will be entered into a random drawing for the scholarship. Deadline is April 23rd. 

• IGA Association - Iowa seniors that have a background or experience in golf. Go to this site for more information and the application. Deadline is March 31st. 

• Iowa Ducks Unlimited - Seniors that have spent outdoors and value the importance of wetland conservation. Application can be found on their website. Deadline is March 1st. 

• Grand Knights Templar of Iowa - Seniors attending any post secondary that demonstrate service to school and community and show leadership skills. The application is here. Deadline is Feb. 1st. 

• Abbott & Fenner - For Seniors, go to https://abbottandfenner.com/scholarships.php for more information and the application. Deadline is June 10th. 

• Hills Bank & Trust - For JUNIORS - must apply and are required to attend 9+ hours of leadership training if selected. Applications are here. Deadline is March 1st. 

• Mark Earl & Esther Ruth Spencer Tech - Seniors pursuing a technical or trade program at an Iowa community college. Find the application here. Due on Feb. 15th. 

• Grand Lodge of Iowa Masonic Scholarship - Seniors attending any post-secondary education and do NOT have to have a Masonic connection. Find the application here. Due on Feb. 15th. 

• Children's Cancer Connections - Seniors who have been affected by childhood cancer (either them or a sibling has or had cancer) attending any post-secondary school. Go to this website to apply. 

• BBB Students of Integrity Scholarship - Seniors that demonstrate exceptional values, leadership, and integrity in all areas of their lives. Deadline is Jan. 30th. Go to www.bbb.org/IowaScholarship for the application. 

• Iowa State Rifle & Pistol Assoc Scholarship - Seniors attending any post-secondary school with a 3.0 GPA or higher. Here is the application. Deadline is March 1st. 

• Ronald Reagan Scholarship - Senior attending a 4-year college or university with a 3.0 GPA or higher. Looking for those that exhibit leadership, citizenship and integrity. Information and application can be found here. Deadline is January 5th at Noon. 

• Iowa JCI Scholarship - Seniors attending a vocational or industrial school. The application can found here. Deadline is January 12th. 

• Pearl Hull Falk Scholarship - Senior that will be attending the University of Iowa and is of Protestant faith. Pick up an application from the School Counselor. Deadline is May 1st. 

• SFM Foundation - Scholarships to seniors whose parents were killed or seriously injured in a workplace accident. Application can be found here. Deadline is March 31st. 

• Coolidge Scholarship - HS JUNIOR attending a 4-year college with an interest in public policy, have humility and community service. Visit here for more information and to apply. Deadline is December 16th. 

• Hagan Scholarship - Senior with 3.5 GPA or higher attending a 4-year college or university. For more information and to apply, go to https://haganscholarships.org/. Deadline is December 1st. 

• CRAAR Scholarship - Seniors attending any post-secondary school in Iowa. Apply at this website. Deadline is March 15th. 

• Appily - Create an account at appily.com/hello and you are eligible for a scholarship. Deadline is December 31st. 

• Quad City Scholarship - Senior attending a 2 or 4 year college/university and have a parent, guardian, grandparent that works at a new car dealership. Apply here. Deadline is January 18th. 

• Quad City Regional Auto Scholarship - Must plan to attend Auto Tech or Trade School. Complete the application at this site. Deadline is January 18th. 

• Star Student Scholarship of Iowa - Special Education senior attending any college. Go to www.claimaid.com/star-student-scholarship to apply.  Due Jan 9th.

• Special Education Teacher Scholarship - Senior who will be attending any college to study Special Education. Go to www.claimaid.com/se-teacher-scholarship.  Due Jan. 9th.

• Iowa American Legion Auxiliary Scholarships - Students attending any college/university within the state of Iowa that is son/grandson or daugher/granddaughter of a member of the American Legion or Auxiliary. Here is the application. Deadline is in May. 

• Think for yourself - Go to this site for the application and more information. Deadline is April 30th.

• Rick Kading Trade Foundation - Students enrolled in or accepted to a skilled trades program can visit this link. 

• Student View- High School senior attending any post-secondary school. Go to www.student-view.com and complete the survey, then you will be put into a random drawing for a scholarship. Deadline is in April. 

• Going Merry - $1000 scholarship for any post-secondary institution. Go to this link. You will need to create an account.

• MCC Scholarships - Visit www.eicc.edu/scholarships to find scholarships if you plan to attend MCC in Muscatine.

• ISL Education Lending - Students in 9th-12th grades can register here at any time.
