Setup family accounts with Apple or Google
A minor (under the age of 18) should never setup their own email account. It is a contract that they are signing up for that only an adult can be responsible for. Thankfully, Apple and Google (Google is for Android services) provides a way to manage your family members email addresses, purchases, account information, and apps.
If you have an IPhone or and IPad you can use Google as well to setup email account services as well.
Setup business accounts with Google or Microsoft
Google has made it very helpful to manage business email accounts. Mircrosoft provides business email services as well with Microsoft 365 subscriptions for businesses.
Both Google and Microsoft also provide web services. If you are using Apple products, you can certainly setup your email services with either one of these companies to work with your devices.
Apple isn't considered a "big data" company. While many use Apple devices for business purposes (in particular small business) there are many major businesses and government agencies that require cloud, database, and email services to work with many devices. If you don't want bulky computer equipment in your office to manage email and websites, these two companies can provide with these services than can work for any Apple, Windows, or Linux devices.
Use Google to manage your Android devices
Google provides a service to allow businesses to manage their mobile devices through a company email address managed through Google. With Android devices, your company devices can even be used to delegate personal apps and email from business apps and email.
Google provides a way of encrypting the information as well and can make it easy for a business to track and delete device, if they get into the wrong hands.
