Color System

These colors highlight the Thunkable brand — bold, modern, vibrant, and friendly.

The primary color, Thunkable Purple, is displayed most frequently across screens and components and is used for:

Key actions, such as call-to-action buttons
Highlighted content/focused elements

Meanwhile, the secondary color (which is featured in the logo), Beaver Red, can be an excellent complementary color, CTA, or used for other elements in emails, social media posts, etc.

The different colors in our palette are used as text color backgrounds, shadows, and highlights. The accents can be fun additions to graphics, elements, and illustrations.

Use these colors at your own discretion, but always refer to the typography color page or connect with the design team to ensure accessibility standards are met.

Tint Variations

These colors are directly taken from the three colors of the design system. To be consistent across different mediums, it is recommended to stick to these three colors.

These colors can work together with lighter tints for subtle backgrounds and elements. Meanwhile, darker tints can be used to color illustrations or complement another lighter color of the design system.

Use at your discretion for social media post designs, blog posts, image backgrounds, card backgrounds, etc.

In the illustration section, we'll cover some example and offer a process to apply these colors.
