New clients will now (starting July 1 2025) receive their disclaimer from Thrive Portal in their welcome email and it will pull the required clinician information from Medalion. AMD's form is only a back up if needed.
The client will have a PM note type BB that will indicate a successful notification
If the notification failed, it will be identified in this bot chat [PROD] CA clients- BBS Notification failure
AMD Form is also available to send through the pt portal as a backup, however it will not pull the license expiration date.

Special Clinician Template Configurations:
CA_Individual Supervision Note (this is to document their collaboration on the Resident chart in the state- this has the reportable coding attached to it. CA is different bc it has a reminder in the template for the supervisor to add a note to the magellan clients' chart in addition to completing this note)
CA Client Chart Collab Chart Review - Supervisors have to fill this out separately in each magellan client's chart. Coding has been removed from this template as it is already included in the CA_Individual Supervision Note. NA. DEEMED UNECCESSARY
