Time Zones in AMD can be a little tricky. Different areas of the system pull different time zones, but they are not displayed on the screen.
* Changes made on the Mobile app, PM or EHR Column View, Provider List View, or left panel of EHR will reflect change made time based on local time of the user who made the change. (ex. if you look at the PM side->Appt Hx-> Change Time. This will be in the timezone of the user that made the change)
Time zone in the Appt HX window -> Audit Log will show up in the time zone of the user that is running the audit log (so this will be different depending who looks at it and what time zone they reside).
BEST PRACTICE FOR CLINICIANS- ASK ADMIN/ RCDS TO RUN AUDIT LOG ON APPT HISTORY WINDOW. Most team members will not know which teams users are on or how to look it up. Clinicians don't have access to this audit report, so if the RCD runs the audit log, it will show in the RCD's timezone.
BEST PRACTICE FOR COE- If cancelled through Thrive, look at the PM notes and the time stamp on the PM note will be in the state's designated time zone. OR the agent can ask an Admin staff to run the audit log from the appointment history window. It will appear in the time zone of the Admin staff running the log.
* Changes made in EHR Classic Schedule will reflect change made based upon the Practice Time Zone. (Each state is set up in a specific time zone on both the EHR and PM side. Split states will be assigned ONE timezone. List of State Time Zones)
* Changes made by API interfaces will likely be whatever time was sent by the API itself. (API User THR0811 will be in UTC time zone)
* Changes on the ODBC will appear in PST.
Time Zones on the EHR side will appear in the STATE'S Time zone when looking at signed documents.
Documents (clinical notes, chargeslips, etc...) and the EHR Audits will appear in the STATE'S TIME ZONE

AMD REPORT CENTER may pull reports in the user's time zone that is viewing the report. Ex. If I run the Usage Log in AMD, I will see the results in EST bc I am in EST. However, if I have a co-worker run the same report with the same criteria, but he/she lives in a different time zone, then the report will show in that user's time zone.

Provider ID fields in AMD: (20 character limit in userfields)
Profile Code- main profile ID (should match their workday ID unless the clinician is a rehire)- Use original code.
Alternate Provider Profile Code: normally a QN code for residents to trigger different billing information for claims.
userfield 1: MAIN PROFILE ID used to link Alt codes and main profiles together for payroll.
userfield 2: should state ALT CODE bc we can't see the Alternate provider profile code in reports so it's a quick way for us to know it's an Alt profile.
Userfield 3- should have a different profile code if that clinician was ever linked to multiple profiles (should be the new WD id for rehires and userfield 1 should be the original CN/ workday ID)
Userfield 4-
Userfield 5-
Userfield 6- occasionally has notes about the profile- date of removal of bill as provider, or if the clinician keeps showing up as mismatches on monthly reports, we add notes to it (normally issues with pre workday and post workday status mismatches).
Userfield 7- Provider Workday ID (clinicians use Legacy IDs for now as primary Provider ID)
Userfield 8- termination Date/ REHIRE (example of formatting: S5/20/25ETA7/01/25- This means clinician was submitted to AMD on 5/20/25, but was not expected to be inactivated until 7/1/25)
