AMD Liaisons:
Work with AMD support on outstanding tickets
Track and communicate AMD upgrades & maintenance windows, & prep systems and Thriveworks for any changes.
AMD Configuration:
PM: Carrier Managment, Fee Schedules, EDI enrollment, Scheduling, Claim Inspector Rules, Client Demographics/ Duplicate charts, Charge slips, AMD Patient portal, CPT code set up, modifiers, AMD pay management, User Management, Roles, Profile Configuration, Workflow Enhancements etc...
EHR: User Preferences, Clinical Templates, Consent Forms, Patient Forms, EHR Workflows, Order Sets, Lab interface, etc..
Third Party Liaisons with AMD integrations
Tier 2 AMD support- Work Fresh Service tickets from ACDs, RCDs, RCM, Engineer, Product, Credentialling, Contracting, Legal (Privacy Incident Reports), etc..
Multiple Department Collaboration: RCM, Plutus, Clin Ops, Residents, Psychiatry, Data Team, Finance, COE, IT, Dev, Product, Enterprise, Process Improvement, Credentialing, Provider Network Management, etc...
