Her foundation in evidence-based therapies, particularly psychodynamic psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allows her to offer a comprehensive approach tailored to your needs, values, and goals.

Having a keen interest in working with athletes, high school and college students, Emily understands the unique pressures and challenges you may face. Drawing from her personal experience with high school and collegiate athletics, she is attuned to the demands that athletes and students encounter. Education and Background
Emily holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston College and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. She has deep roots in the Boston area, where she was born and raised. With strong connections to local clinical resources, she brings a wealth of community knowledge to her practice.
Beyond her professional life, Emily shares life with her beloved golden retriever, Bailey, who also serves as a therapy dog.
She also finds joy in running and spending time by the water.
