Hello everyone!

A reminder to please continue to fill out the registration form for next season. The completion of this form helps us to continue crafting next year's teams, look closer at the best placements for everyone, fine tune our schedule as well as hire new staff to cover what is needed for our team. If you have filled this out already, you will have received a confirmation email yesterday.

Upon completing the form you will be sent an email with all of the upcoming important dates and events related to the Dance Team for the 25/26 season, including our virtual meeting, team assignment dates, extra routine release dates and more.

TUESDAY APRIL 8th: 

As we come into the time where Miss Abby is stepping away to follow her dreams - we wanted to update everyone on our schedule and teacher changes.

Please note that the time changes are in effect as of April 14th. We are sorting out a way to ensure our Shining Stars remain monitored throughout their long break now, and will reach out shortly should anything change.

We apologize for the amount of time changes that have come through this year - it is never our intent to change things around as often as we have, but ultimately it is what is needed sometimes to ensure the best for our team and studio!

MONDAY APRIL 7th: 

Media package = secured!! We had an overwhelming response of YES! from everyone. We will be charging everyone's accounts $40, there is a note that explains it is the Runway Media package as well so you are not confused.

Can't wait to get all the great media!!! :)

TUESDAY APRIL 1st:

A note regarding our annual team dinner for London. The fabulous Stephanie (daughter Simone on the Rising team) is organizing the dinner this season, and we are incredibly grateful! Please take note of the following below. This is not mandatory, but is always a nice way to celebrate the mid-season together:

We are booked on Friday April 11th for a team dinner at Moxies in London at 7:15. Extended line is at 6:51 so after they are off any team members that want to join will head to Moxies (2 minute drive or 10 minute walk). We will aim to be out for 9 to head back for Adjudication at 9:37 (if you're going to stay for that). Reservation is under Pointe Dance for 60 people (max they can fit upstairs). We have 37 dancers this year so if we have more than 60 we can just spill some families over downstairs (might need to prioritize dancers + one parent upstairs depending on how many show up).

Please take a look at their menu ahead of time and have your dancer pre-select their meal for efficiency. All families will be paying separately.

WEDNESDAY APRIL 2nd:

 A reminder that we are still on mandatory attendance this week and next as we prepare for comp #2 - RUNWAY!! All classes AND rehearsals are included in the mandatory list. Please let us know if your dancer is severely ill and we can arrange a makeup time for later.

- Please note that the studio will NOT be running regular dance team classes on Thursday April 10th or Friday April 11th due to travel/being away. All hours will continue as normal otherwise throughout the next two weeks.

Professional photos/videos can be purchased through DanceBug now for the entire event. Please login to your dance bug account to access them. If you do not have one yet, be sure to register yours today!!

If your dancer took home a duet, trio or group trophy - as well as duet, trio or group special award, please have them bring it into the studio this week so we can display them! We will be raffling them off at the end of the season.

AMAZING weekend everyone. The absolute best part was looking in the audience for ALL routines and seeing a sea of red sitting and cheering them on. The early mornings and late nights you all took on just to ensure you saw every routine is unreal - I am so extremely proud of each and everyone of you. Our littles showed up for the bigs and our bigs showed up for the littles and everywhere in between, INCLUDING other studios. Those specials you all gave out were so appreciated by everyone. So many messages and lovely notes about the amazing things you ALL did this weekend.
