TKA Kindness Day

Welcome

Welcome to the TKA Kindness and Wellbeing Day. With so much time being spent in front out our computer screens at the moment, today is the opportunity for you to spend some time away from your screen. Today you will focus on your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of people around you. Whilst not in your tutor check-in meeting today, you will have the whole day to focus on three acts of kindness. One from each of the following sections (each section spelling out TKA!):


We would like you to use this site to explore the reasons for spreading kindness and most importantly to give you ideas on the acts you could complete (these are found on the 'Get Involved' button). Below you can find the contents page of the site, with buttons to access each page.


As you carry out your acts of kindness please take photographs. At the end of the Kindness and Wellbeing day you should complete the Google Form sharing your kindness acts and the photographs taken. These will be posted on The Kindness Academy Google Site after the event!


There will be awards for the pupils who carry out the kindest and most creative acts. Please make sure you share the kindness by filling in the Google Form, this is how we will be deciding the winners!
