Coach Training from First Tee HQ:  

Trained Coaches make the First Tee experience unique. First Tee defines a “Trained Coach” as a coach who has been background checked, Safe Sport trained plus completed Assistant Coach Training or above.

Several metrics within the Benchmarking tool rely on the number of coaches your Chapter has trained at each level on the pathway. 

We are excited to offer a new eLearning course: “Welcome to First Tee,” an introduction to First Tee’s history, purpose, programs and the resources that Headquarters offers. All coaches will be required to complete the course before progressing into additional educational content. This includes those enrolling in Assistant Coach Training.
